Present a product selection to a buyer: what to prepare
Starting a small distribution business or introducing a new selection? Buyers need to understand what you offer, on what terms and what remains to be confirmed. You can prepare this presentation before having a website.
Clarify the decision you are asking for
Identify the type of shop and the next step you want: reviewing a selection, requesting information or discussing terms. A clear presentation does not guarantee a meeting or a listing.
Gather information and its sources
Gather references, documented specifications, authorised images and trade terms: prices, quantities, availability, ordering and delivery. You confirm those terms. If information is missing, mark it as awaiting confirmation and identify who can answer; do not replace it with a promise.
Present the selection without inventing evidence
Fictional example — no client assignment or order secured. Before: three supplier sheets with different fields and versions. After: a selection overview, a consistent comparison structure and dated trade terms. Unconfirmed facts remain identified. We can design and produce this set from your approved sources.
Check the version in use
After approval, we implement the presentation on the agreed channel or provide a version ready for your conversations. We check consistency between references, images, terms and links, as well as the version actually accessible. Sending anything to a buyer requires your approval; preparing a document does not authorise sending it.
Keep answers up to date
Already trading? Group product changes and incoming questions. We can update the agreed materials, prepare answers for approval and recommend the next correction. Monthly support is useful when this work recurs; a single selection may remain a project.
What about your business?
CheckPoint360 recommends, designs, produces, implements and checks the agreed work. You decide which brands to represent, commercial commitments, prices and spending. Supplier agreements, purchasing, stock and logistics remain your responsibility.
Describe the selection, buyer type and work you would like to delegate in writing. No website or first sale required. We help clarify the need before proposing a scope and price.
